Vegetarian Spring Rolls with Honey Soy and Sweet Chilli Dipping Sauce. Cajun Chicken Caesar Salad
Main Course:
Char- grilled rib fillet with garlic roast chats, field mushroom sauce. Chicken supreme (breast) filled with camembert cheese.
Desert:
Apple and Blueberry pie with Crème Anglaise. Chocolate profiteroles with white chocolate ganache.
